How much notice do you require?
I recommend placing your order as soon as you know the date you’d like to collect your order as I have limited availability every week so it’s best to order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. I usually need at least 2 weeks notice for orders however I can sometimes take last minute orders with 3 days notice depending on my availability, don’t hesitate to get in contact to enquire.
How can I place an order?
You can enquire about ordering via the contact here on my website. I also take orders via Instagram @cupcakecreationsbyseanagh and Facebook. I am unable to discuss orders via phone call as I need reference messages for when I’m making your order. It’s helpful if you can include as much information as possible.
WHEN ORDERING A CAKE:
If ordering via Instagram/Facebook please include the following;
- Date of your event or date you’d like to collect your order if it is not the same day
- Size of cake or numbe of people you would like to serve
- Cake flavour/filling (optional)/ buttercream flavour in mind
- Design ideas, colour scheme or reference images if you have a design idea in mind
- Personalised cake topper details/edible image/fondant figure ideas

Do I have to choose a design from your gallery?
No, you do not have to choose a design from my gallery. All cakes & cupcakes are individually designed to suit you! So although you can choose from any on my website, you can also feel free to change colours, decorations etc from the image/images you choose.
If you have a design idea in mind, feel free to send the image/images when enquiring and I can let you know if I could take inspiration from the images sent. Photos can be helpful when describing your design idea so I welcome sending photos of what you have in mind!
How do I pay?
I accept payment via bank transfer or Revolut transfer only.
I ask for payment in full via bank transfer to confirm your order and secure your date. I cannot hold dates without payment due to limited availability. Once you have paid in full your order is confirmed and you are booked in for your collection date.
Where do I collect my order?
All orders must be collected from my address. I am based in Navan, Co. Meath and the collection address will be sent to you once payment has been made.
Do you deliver?
I am unable to offer a delivery service at the moment. I am based in Navan, Co. Meath for collections.
Can you post your products?
I am unable to offer postal service option at the moment. Orders must be collected from my address in Navan, Co. Meath.
